Satisfied Customers
We are looking forward to the future growth and expansion of our business. For 10 years I managed all the responsibilities of my real estate business. Then in 2016, I hired a buyer’s agent, and in 2017 a part-time administrator, so I could focus more on creating relationships with my clients. The team has grown even more in 2020, and it continues to grow. We have a Chicago agent, a West suburban agent, a Scottsdale, AZ agent, a full-time administrator, as well as a runner. We are always looking to add new agents to our team, including an eXp Realty pipeline, as well as our professional mentorship. We are excited to collaborate with new and seasoned agents who want to join the wildly successful eXp Realty.

Here is a brief summary about an experience we've had with a seller.
In 2014, we had a seller with a listing. The market wasn’t as hot as it is today. We had a $410,000 listing; where the sellers pushed the price way higher than any split level in the subdivision had ever sold for. They were conflicted because they were stuck in the $400s and were concerned they were not going to get close to asking price.
They told me they thought we wouldn’t be able to get to $400,000. Then a buyer made an offer in the $380s. It was a few days of going back and forth, a thousand here and there. Another few rounds with buyer’s agent occurred, but I felt there was some more room to go higher based on the intonations I heard from the buyer’s agent.
So instead of settling for $400,000, I asked them to get into the $400s. When I finally called my sellers I said, “Well, sorry we didn’t get you $400,000, but we got you $402,000.” They were surprised and thrilled at the success of the listing and how hard I worked for them.
